About the Role Lead Okta's transition to 'Vibe Marketing' by building agentic, self-service tools that let marketers use natural language and AI to create, manage, and distribute digital content across a headless ecosystem. The role focuses on prototyping, deploying AI agents and automation to reduce manual CMS bottlenecks and scale content operations. Job Description Role Lead the transition to “Vibe Marketing” by building agentic, self-service systems that enable marketers to describe goals in natural language and have content and workflows manifest across Okta’s digital ecosystem. This is a hands‑on, test‑learn‑build role focused on prototyping and productionizing AI‑driven content automation. Key Responsibilities Build workflows and agentic layers that allow non-technical stakeholders to manage content lifecycle using natural language and AI assistance. Prototype and deploy AI agents that serve as co‑pilots for Marketing Managers, handling tagging, metadata, and distribution across a headless ecosystem. Architect modular, reusable content structures to reduce time‑to‑live and move beyond legacy CMS constraints (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager). Run rapid experiments with emerging AI tools and automation platforms; produce scrappy prototypes to validate concepts at enterprise scale. Partner across Marketing, Engineering, and Digital teams to turn agentic concepts into production‑ready workflows. Requirements / Qualifications 4–8 years of relevant experience working with digital content systems, CMS architectures, or marketing technology. Demonstrated hands‑on experience with AI and automation: APIs, MCP, LLM orchestration, and connecting tools to create end‑to‑end automation loops. Technical fluency with structured content, headless CMS concepts, and data flow between CMS, LLMs, and front‑end systems (not necessarily a full‑stack engineer). Strong prototyping mindset and experience running rapid experiments and building production‑capable automation. Comfortable operating cross‑functionally and translating agentic ideas into implementable production workflows. What Success Looks Like Deployed agentic content tooling that enables non-technical marketers to create and distribute content via natural language workflows. Reduced manual ticketing and rigid CMS form dependency through reusable content structures and automated pipelines. Demonstrated scalable prototypes that prove "vibe‑based" creation works within enterprise constraints.
