Guest Room Attendant | Inn at Bellefield Hyde Park

The Inn at Bellefield is located in the heart of New York's Hudson River Valley, offering 137 guest suites with fully equipped kitchens and an ample seating area. Responsibilities Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts. Handle guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction. Maintain standards of quality and cleanliness throughout daily assignments. Observe all house and safety rules, housekeeping room procedures, and security procedures. Clean and service assigned guest rooms by category priority according to franchise and hotel standards. Return and restock cart at end of shift. Complete additional deep cleaning / seasonal cleaning functions as scheduled. Other duties as assigned. Clean guest rooms as assigned, ensuring the hotel's established standards of cleanliness. Report any maintenance deficiencies and handle guest requests or complaints. Ensure the confidentiality and security of all guest rooms. Qualifications Minimum one year cleaning experience; previous hotel experience preferred. Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding. Knowledge of proper chemical handling. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus. Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.
