Role Description The Front Desk Representative is a full-time, on-site role located at the Hampton Inn by Hilton in Clarksville, IN. This role is responsible for greeting guests, managing check-in and check-out procedures, and handling room reservations and inquiries. Day-to-day tasks include answering phone calls, providing information about hotel services and local area attractions, processing payments, and resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally. The Front Desk Representative also maintains accurate records, ensures the lobby and front desk area are presentable, and collaborates with housekeeping and management to support a smooth guest experience. Qualifications Strong customer service skills, with a focus on creating positive guest experiences and resolving issues courteously. Proficient phone etiquette and receptionist duties, including managing calls, messages, and guest interactions at the front desk. Experience handling reservations and basic front desk operations, such as check-in/check-out and payment processing. Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members. Basic computer literacy and comfort with hotel management or reservation systems. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
