Responsibilities for the Recruiter Role:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across operations, corporate, and technical roles—from intake through offer and onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies, align on hiring needs, and guide interview practices
• Source and engage candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and community outreach
• Screen and assess candidates to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment
• Coordinate and facilitate interviews while ensuring a seamless candidate experience

Qualifications for the Recruiter:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across diverse role types
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar platforms
