Recruiter Location: Auburn - On-site Salary Range: 62,400–79,040 DOE Our client is a nationally recognized leader known for a dynamic culture and strong commitment to employee development. This role offers a high‑impact Recruiter the chance to influence hiring strategy, build exceptional teams, and contribute to continued success. Responsibilities Manage full‑cycle recruiting across operations, corporate, and technical roles—from intake through offer and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies, align on hiring needs, and guide interview practices. Source and engage candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and community outreach. Screen and assess candidates to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment. Coordinate and facilitate interviews while ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred. 3+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience across diverse role types. Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills with ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar platforms. This role requires someone highly organized, detail‑oriented, and energized by building relationships. You’ll join a collaborative team where your contributions as a Recruiter directly impact business success and growth. #J-18808-Ljbffr CFS
