Our organization in Mason City, Iowa, is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Sleep Medicine Physician to become part of our dedicated team. We are a physician-owned, multi-specialty group committed to providing exceptional healthcare.

Position Details:

• Compensation: Annual salary of $333,626 plus production incentives; $48,000 bonus package for the first two years.
• Comprehensive Benefits: Includes malpractice insurance, continuing medical education (CME) support, relocation assistance, paid time off (PTO), health, dental, vision, life insurance, health savings account (HSA), disability coverage, and a generous retirement contribution.

About the Medical Center:

Our regional health system encompasses 14 counties and includes a teaching hospital, critical access hospitals, and numerous clinics throughout northern Iowa. We offer residency programs in Family Medicine and Internal Medicine, as well as fellowships in Cardiology and Pharmacy.

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited medical or osteopathic school.
• Completion of a relevant residency program, demonstrating competency as a physician.
• Board certification or eligibility required.
• Ability to obtain medical staff privileges at our facility.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
• Must hold or be eligible for an Iowa physician license, Iowa Controlled Substance Certificate, and Federal DEA Certificate.
