Pay: $21.33/hour
Schedule: Part-time (Mon–Fri, ~32 hours/week, flexible daytime hours)
Location: Colchester, VT 05446
Overview
Seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to provide front desk support in a claims office. This role involves working directly with customers to assist with total loss claims, ensuring accurate documentation and a positive, supportive experience.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing in-person support
Review, verify, and collect claim documents for accuracy and completeness
Process payments and enter claim data into internal systems
Perform administrative tasks including filing, mailing, scanning, and supply management
Complete tasks from internal queues and support team operations as needed
Qualifications
2–3 years of face-to-face customer service experience
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
High attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred
Insurance experience or Notary (or willingness to obtain)
