Facilities Coordinator

Our client, a leading organization in property and facilities management, is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join their team. As a Facilities Coordinator, you will be part of the Property & Facilities Management department supporting a dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and flexibility, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Facilities Coordinator Location: Greeley, CO What's the Job? Coordinate work orders, vendor management, and communication between stakeholders Schedule repairs and review data to monitor performance and progress Maintain accurate documentation including work orders, proposals, and files Assist with office and parking space allocation Present information to internal departments and large groups of employees What's Needed? High School Diploma or GED with 2-3 years of relevant experience Intermediate problem-solving skills and the ability to review and select solutions independently Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook Strong organizational skills and a curious mindset General math skills including calculating percentages, discounts, and markups What's in it for me?
