Schedule
- Day Shift
- Monday – Friday
- 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Flexible Schedule)
- Rotating Weekends (4 weekends per year)
- Holiday Rotation (Approximately 1 holiday every 3 years)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and functional assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide outpatient physical therapy with occasional acute care coverage.
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs.
- Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs), aides, and students.
- Recommend adaptive equipment and assist with patient rehabilitation.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) (Required)
- BLS Certification (Within 1 month of hire – Highly Preferred)
- Successful completion of orientation and competency requirements
- Fingerprinting required (Employer-paid)
