Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Location: Sault St. Marie, MI

Shift Type: Days | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Flexible Scheduling)

Schedule Details

• Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Flexible scheduling options available
• Rotating weekends (approximately 4 weekends/year)
• Holiday rotation: approximately 1 holiday every 3 years

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting Pay: $37.00+/hr (based on experience)
• $20,000 Sign-On Bonus

bout the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist I to join the Rehabilitation Services team. This role is primarily outpatient-focused with occasional floating to acute care settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient function and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapy interventions based on physician orders and patient goals
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants, aides, and students

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy ( Required )
• Active Physical Therapist License ( Required )
• BLS Certification within 1 month of hire ( Highly Preferred )
