Job Description
An operations and maintenance company specializing in residential water and wastewater facilities is seeking a Bilingual Customer Care Representative. The role involves managing high volumes of customer calls, providing timely and professional support, and resolving customer concerns. Responsibilities
- Manage high volumes of inbound customer calls
- Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions
- Follow all communication procedures and company guidelines
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Qualifications and Requirements
- Previous customer care or call center experience required
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

The base pay range for this position is $17.00 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation.
