What You’ll Do Project Management & Delivery : Lead and manage transportation planning and traffic projects, including client communication, schedules, budgets, deliverables, and quality. Technical Role : Apply yourexpertisein transportation planning, multimodal mobility, and traffic analysis/design to support a wide variety of projects. Mentor and Inspire: Share yourexpertiseand passion by guiding and training junior engineers. Help us build the next generation of transportation professionals. Drive Growth: Contribute to the expansion of our transportation practice byassistingin business development activities. Network, connect, and help us win new projects. Public Engagement : Support facilitation of public meetings, workshops, and presentations to City Councils and stakeholders. Innovate & Communicate : Develop high-quality reports, technical memoranda, and visually compelling documents that clearly communicate results. Build Relationships: Cultivate strong client relationships,becomea trustedadvisorand ensureclient satisfaction. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Transportation Planning, Urban Planning, Civil/Traffic Engineering, or relatedfield. AICPCertification 6+ years in transportation planning and/or traffic engineering, with at least2years in project management. Planning: multimodal planning, corridor/special areastudies, access management, parking, active transportation. Traffic: operational analysis, traffic studies, and design support. Software: Microsoft Office,GIS (preferred), GIS mapping, traffic/transportation modeling tools (Synchro, VISSIM, or similar). Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Preferred Master’s degree in TransportationPlanning, CivilEngineeringor related field. Prior consulting or municipal/DOT experience. Familiarity withTxDOT processes and design requirements. PE License Experience in marketing, client development, and proposal preparation.
