Admin/Events Associate

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Administrative Associate to join a small, collaborative team for a prestigious investment management firm. This is a 6‑month temp‑to‑perm opportunity, offering exposure to a dynamic, fast‑paced environment at a prestigious firm headquartered in Midtown. This role blends administrative support, event coordination, and office operations, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a hands‑on role, and takes pride in delivering a polished, high‑quality service. Responsibilites: Administrative & PA Support Provide generalist administrative support across the team Assist senior stakeholders, including acting as a Personal Assistant where needed Manage calendars, scheduling, and coordination tasks Events Coordination Support the Head of Events with planning and execution Coordinate logistics for internal and external events Ensure smooth delivery from concept through to completion Office Operations Oversee catering orders and meeting room set‑up Provide reception coverage when required Maintain a well‑stocked and organised office environment (kitchens, supplies, etc.) Experience: 1-2 years’ experience in an administrative, events, or coordination role Previous exposure to a corporate office environment Skills Strong working knowledge of Outlook and internal systems Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities Confident coordinating logistics and managing competing priorities Personal Attributes Highly polished and professional demeanour Discreet and trustworthy, with the ability to handle sensitive information Proactive, reliable, and low‑risk in execution A true team player‑willing to roll up your sleeves and pitch in wherever needed #J-18808-Ljbffr Oakleaf Partnership
