Events Management Associate

Overview Our client is a Jewish educational non-profit organization. They are seeking an Events Management Associate to join the team. This position is hybrid (2/5 days in office) and requires occasional evening and weekend event support. Job Details Oversee planning and execution of a variety of in-person and virtual events, such as lectures and galas Plan and manage event budgets in coordination with senior leadership Provide travel and logistics coordination for speakers and VIP guests Manage event guest lists, invitations, registrations, and post-event follow-ups Work collaboratively with marketing team to develop promotional materials Contract and coordinate with vendors such as venues, catering, and audio-visual technology Provide occasional real-time event coordination and support during evenings and weekends Salary Range: $65-70k annually, based on experience The organization offers a competitive benefits package! Skills and Qualifications 3-5 years’ experience in Events Management Non-profits and/or Raiser’s Edge experience, a major plus!
