Operations and Service Delivery Lead

This position is accountable for all customer projects for ASE’s DER Gateways, DER Aggregator and DER Control products. The role is responsible for project coordination with ASE's customers and for managing internal project and operations teams. Job Profile: This position will be responsible for the following: Service delivery and operations support with ownership of KPI of Customer Satisfaction Overseeing, coordinating and assisting in product upgrades Support ticket handling and ensuring adherence to SLAs Status reporting and metrics Managing client escalations and responses Handling on‑call support Reviewing and advising on infrastructure needs for projects Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate for this role will have: Between 6‑8 years of experience in a similar role with 2+ years in Utilities or Renewables industry Basic SQL user knowledge Unix/Linux user level knowledge User level knowledge of administering IT systems Exposure to Cloud Infrastructure management on Azure and AWS Customer relationship management skills Good problem‑solving skills Strong written, oral English communication and presentation skills Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering Note: Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time. #J-18808-Ljbffr Applied Systems Engineering Inc
