Manager, Property/Casualty Underwriting

Michigan Farm Bureau seeks a Manager, Property/Casualty Underwriting to lead a team supporting Michigan’s agricultural producers and rural communities. This role oversees underwriting guidelines, risk selection, and pricing for farm and rural P/C products, ensuring profitable growth and regulatory compliance. The manager will review complex accounts, analyze portfolio performance, and partner with claims, actuarial, sales, and member services to support growth and retention. You will coach and develop underwriters, champion process and technology improvements, and align underwriting practices with our member-focused, mission-driven culture.
