About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President, Corporate Events to spearhead the strategy and execution of its most significant corporate, client, partner, and employee experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing an integrated events and hospitality program that not only strengthens relationships but also brings the distinct value of the company's brands to life. This role demands a leader with a proven track record in corporate events, experiential marketing, and hospitality, capable of overseeing the full event lifecycle and ensuring operational and financial excellence. The Vice President will work closely with various internal and external stakeholders, including business-unit leaders, and will be expected to travel frequently and work nontraditional hours as required. Applicants for the Vice President, Corporate Events position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' experience in a related field, with a focus on event strategy, creative development, and live production. The role requires a candidate with strong leadership skills, the ability to build and develop high-performing teams, and a talent for fostering partnerships with external suppliers. The ideal candidate will have a background in a fast-moving, consumer-facing industry and experience in managing significant event budgets. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, and a background in media, entertainment, sports, or a similar industry is a plus.
