Registered Nurse - Operating Room

$1836.00/week -

Job Summary:

Provide specialized perioperative nursing care in the operating room environment. Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes during procedures.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assess patients health status prior to surgery and prepare them for operative procedures.
  
  
• 
  Administer anesthesia and monitor patients vital signs throughout surgery.
  
  
• 
  Assist surgeons and surgical staff with instrumentation and sterile techniques.
  
  
• 
  Document all procedures, patient responses, and intraoperative details accurately.
  
  
• 
  Ensure adherence to safety protocols and infection control standards.
  
  
• 
  Respond to intraoperative emergencies promptly and effectively.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold a valid RN license with a minimum of 2 years of OR nursing experience.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate proficiency with multi-specialty surgical procedures.
  
  
• 
  Possess certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
  
  
• 
  Have experience with robotic, orthopedic, laparoscopic, and gynecological surgeries.
  
  
• 
  Exhibit strong teamwork, initiative, and effective communication skills.
