This role is ideal for a flexible, team-oriented nurse with a passion for women’s health and reproductive medicine. The Per Diem RN will provide specialized clinical care to fertility patients and support the care team during high-volume treatment periods. Schedule Per diem, as needed based on batch cycle scheduling Typical batch week hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM May include occasional weekday holidays (i.e. MLK Jr Day, President’s Day, etc.) depending on patient care needs About Us With more than 150,000 babies born since 1986, Boston IVF is one of the most experienced fertility networks in the world. Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to patients undergoing assisted reproductive technology (ART) and ovulation induction (OI) Support patients throughout their fertility journey, including care in OR/PACU settings as needed Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, embryology/lab staff, and administrative teams to ensure efficient clinical operations Assist with patient monitoring, procedures, and treatment coordination during batch cycles Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Qualifications Education & Licensure Active New York Registered Nurse (RN) license – required Nursing diploma or degree from an accredited program – required Experience Minimum 2 years of nursing experience – required Women’s health experience – strongly preferred OR/PACU experience – preferred Fertility or infertility clinic experience – a strong plus Per diem, as needed based on batch cycle scheduling.
