HR Generalist - Bilingual English/Spanish

We are seeking a detail-oriented, bilingual  English/Spanish HR professional to support day-to-day HR operations, employee onboarding and offboarding, HR systems, benefits, compliance, and HR programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientation, I-9s, background checks, drug testing, badges, and required clearances.
• Manage employee offboarding, including system updates, equipment returns, final pay coordination, and exit interviews.
• Maintain accurate employee data and process HR transactions in the HRIS.
• Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions regarding benefits, leave, pay, and HR policies.
• Track compliance requirements, training, certifications, and regulatory deadlines.
• Support compensation cycles, HR reporting, talent acquisition coordination, and employee programs.
• Coordinate HR programs and events, including mentoring, internships, open enrollment, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Support FAA/DOT and other regulatory requirements as applicable.
• Escalate complex employee relations, compensation, compliance, and ethics matters appropriately.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of HR experience in an operational or generalist HR role.
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
• Working knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR compliance.
• HRIS experience with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
• PHR certification is a plus.
• FAA/DOT drug and alcohol program experience is a plus.
