RN - Med Surg Shift Details: Shift 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM Shifts Per Week: 3 Scheduled Hours: 36 Job Order Details Start Date: 10/19/2026 End Date: 02/01/2027 Duration: 15 Week(s) Float Required: No Call Required: No Required Certifications for Onboarding: ACLS, BLS, CMSRN, Color Vision Mandatory Exam, Core Mandatory Part I, Core Mandatory Part II (Nursing), Core Mandatory Part III, Med Surg - Skills, NIH Stroke Certification, RN - Medical Surgical A, RN - Pharmacology A, RN State License Client Details City: Hilo State: HI Zip Code: 96720 Trauma Level: Level 3 Cancellation Policy: Cancellation. For all confirmed Work Orders the HOSPITALS shall provide a fourteen (14) calendar day cancellation notice. For cancellations made without the fourteen (14) day notice HOSPITAL shall be responsible for a total fee equal to a two (2) week assignment. Provided that HOSPITAL communicated to CONTRACTOR in writing its minimum privileging and/or credentialing requirements and Physician/APP is not granted privileges or credentialing due to failure to meet stated requirements, then HOSPITAL may cancel the Work Order at no obligation. Upon commencement of Confirmed Work Order Services, HOSPITAL may request that a Physician/APP be removed within five (5) working days of the start date Work Order for any reason. HOSPITAL shall be discounted fifty percent (50%) for those five (5) days of Services. HOSPITAL agrees to provide reasonable documentation evidencing its reasons for removal. Should HOSPITAL determine that a Physician/APP must be removed from a HOSPITAL for reasons related to demonstrated professional incompetence at any time during the provision of Work Order Services, HOSPITAL shall not be liable for any associated CONTRACTOR or Physician/APP fees. HOSPITAL shall communicate to Medefis and/or CONTRACTOR the reason for the removal in advance of removal and cooperate with CONTRACTOR in providing necessary risk management information. CONTRACTOR shall verify and assess the reason for the removal and promptly notify Physician/APP of the removal. HOSPITAL, at its sole discretion, may permit CONTRACTOR to first counsel Physician/APP and provide an opportunity for Physician/APP to correct any deficiencies prior to any such removal if, in its reasonable discretion, there is no risk of patient endangerment.
