Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients during individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, collecting data to understand their current mental health challenges and establish rapport.

• Develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client, incorporating therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and others as appropriate.

• Utilize teletherapy tools and electronic health record (EHR) systems to document client progress and maintain accurate records while adhering to confidentiality standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, social workers, and addiction specialists, to provide comprehensive care and facilitate client referrals when necessary.

• Engage in ongoing evaluation of client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Participate in team meetings and professional development workshops to foster a culture of learning and continual improvement within the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
