Manual Cell Operator

Join our production team as a Manual Cell Operator and play a key role in delivering quality products every day. This is a hands-on opportunity where your attention to detail and teamwork will make a real impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What will you do? Assemble components and products according to specifications and standardized processes Inspect finished products to ensure quality and adherence to established standards Maintain a clean and organized work area that supports efficiency and safety Identify and report any issues or malfunctions promptly to keep production on track

What are the key skills we are looking for? Automation Integration — foundational level; supporting basic automated processes within the manual cell Customer Orientation — developing level; ensuring product quality meets customer expectations Digital Literacy — developing level; using digital tools and systems to track production data Drives for Results — developing level; meeting daily production goals with consistency and focus Lean Methodology — foundational level; applying basic lean principles to reduce waste and improve workflow Problem Solving — developing level; identifying issues and escalating them effectively to minimize downtime Quality Control & Inspection — developing level; inspecting products to ensure they meet quality standards

Pay Range: $$34,424 - $51,688
