Responsibilities:
Physical and Mental Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to remain in a stationary position for 5-hour increments, move and/or position oneself, communicate, operate and/or prepare, place, position objects, tools, or controls. The employee must occasionally move packages weighing up to 25 lb. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close observation and the ability to adjust focus. The mental and physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an individual, with or without reasonable accommodation, to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. Responsibilities:
- Package, label, and organize cannabis products
- Set up and clean workspaces for different projects
- Assist with facility upgrades and equipment moves
- Support various departments as needed
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area
- Support other team members and departments in all aspects of cannabis plant grow processes
- Dependable and ready to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass pre-employment background check
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Comfortable working with cannabis products
- Positive attitude and team spirit
- Experience in cannabis or manufacturing is a plus, but not required
- Ability to consistently wear appropriate PPE (ie; masks, gloves, Tyvek suits) to prevent cross contamination and uphold cleanliness standards
