Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Charge Nurse (LPN/RN) located in Greensboro, NC. The Charge Nurse will oversee the delivery of nursing care in the assigned unit, ensuring quality care and compliance with healthcare standards. Responsibilities include supervising nursing and auxiliary staff, administering medication and treatments, conducting resident assessments, monitoring care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to address residents’ needs. The Charge Nurse will also maintain accurate medical records and provide compassionate support to residents and their families. Qualifications Possess a current and valid LPN or RN license in the state of North Carolina. Expertise in delivering patient care, including administering medications and treatments, and assessing resident conditions. Experience in supervising and guiding nursing and auxiliary staff to ensure quality care delivery. Proficient in maintaining accurate medical records and performing documentation with attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with residents, families, and healthcare teams. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards in long‑term care settings. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
