Assistant Project Manager

Duties include but not limited to supporting the Project Manager and Project Superintendent through the following: Plan review, submittal process, takeoffs, preparing and tracking RFPs and RFIs, procuring and tracking material, work closely with vendors and subcontractors, updating schedule, attend and document meetings, take and file weekly progress photos, prepare close-out docs, maintain job files specific to the Project. Minimum Skills or Experience 1-3 years of construction-related experience encouraged Basic estimating and scheduling skills Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Adobe Acrobat Knowledge of Revit and AutoCad encouraged. Ability to multi-task and work in a high pace environment Self-motivator Have valid drivers license and dependable transportation Only accepting applicants currently living on the Big Island.
