Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for adults in a progressive care unit, under the supervision of nursing leadership.
- Monitor vital signs, assess patient conditions, and implement care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Administer medications, perform standard nursing procedures, and respond to changes in patient status with appropriate escalation.
- Document care accurately in the electronic medical record and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, and discharge planning; participate in care coordination and post-discharge planning as needed.

- Ability to perform duties for a 12-hour night shift in a hospital setting
