This role involves working within a dynamic Progressive Care Unit (PCU), providing critical care to patients in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities of the RN - PCU - Travel

• Perform EKG rhythm interpretation and manage cardiac drips
• Administer and monitor insulin and heparin drips
• Execute peritoneal dialysis and other unit-specific procedures
• Provide high-quality stroke and post-cardiac cath care
• Maintain effective communication using AIDET and communication boards

Requirements of the RN - PCU - Travel

• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Experience with bipaps, high flow oxygen, and multiple oxygen delivery systems
• Critical thinking skills and expertise in peripheral IV skills
• Preferred experience in peritoneal dialysis and tube feedings
