Family Physician | Outpatient Direct Primary Care | Florida

Our client offers a unique direct primary care model that is transforming healthcare by empowering physicians to deliver exceptional patient care. They are seeking a family physician (or IM/peds) for their health center in  Lauderdale Lakes, Florida.

Physicians have more time with patients to focus on nutrition, exercise, mental health, and overall wellness. Patients benefit from high-quality medical care, education to make informed health decisions, and ongoing encouragement and support to maintain healthier lifestyles. Internal resources, including dietitians, pharmacists, social workers, and other specialists, are available to patients and providers for consultation at no cost.

Highlights:

• Average 10-16 patients per day (patient ages 2+)
• 1 hour scheduled for new patients/30 minutes for established and acute visits
• Flexible Schedule with potential to work 4 shifts per week
• No weekends and minimal call
• Strong work-life balance
• Guaranteed Base Income (mid $200’s, negotiable based on experience) plus 5% quality bonus

Qualifications:

• BE/BC in family medicine or internal medicine/pediatrician (see patients 2+ years)
