Seasonal Rooftop Manager

About the Role

Arlo SoHo is seeking a passionate, energetic, and experienced Seasonal Rooftop Manager to oversee daily operations of our high-volume rooftop venue. This position is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences, and can lead a team with confidence and professionalism. This seasonal role is anticipated to continue through October–December, based on operational needs

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily rooftop operations to ensure exceptional guest service.
• Lead, coach, and motivate front-of-house team members.
• Maintain high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and operational excellence.
• Manage labor costs and staffing levels to meet business needs.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards.
• Work closely with culinary, bar, security, and hotel teams to execute seamless service.
• Support special events, private buyouts, and rooftop activations.
• Monitor inventory, supplies, and operational needs throughout each shift.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant, bar, or rooftop management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in a high-volume hospitality environment preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and guest recovery skills.
• Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations.
