Job Title: WKND SHIFT

Job Description

This role is a weekend shift 2pm - 10pm from Saturday - Wednesday off Thursday and Friday also overtime is triple pay $22/hr

Need also 3rd shift 10pm - 6am Tuesday - Saturday $23/hr

Responsibilities

• Assemble wire harness and cable assemblies according to work orders and production drawings
• Perform small-piece assembly by attaching electronic components onto plastic parts
• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and production drawings to determine assembly requirements
• Position and align parts accurately to ensure proper fit and function
• Use hand tools and power tools as needed for crimping, soldering, and wiring tasks
• Follow established production processes and quality standards throughout the assembly process
• Maintain an organized work area and handle kitting tasks to prepare components for assembly
• Work independently to complete assigned tasks while also collaborating effectively with team members
• Adhere to safety guidelines and use company-provided personal protective equipment appropriately
• Perform other production and assembly duties as assigned by leadership

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elgin, IL.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Elgin,IL.
