Provide accurate information about insurance policies, coverage, and billing. Assist policyholders with making changes to their accounts, such as updating information or adjusting coverage. Process policy endorsements, renewals, and cancellations efficiently. Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating when necessary. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred. Previous customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
