Responsibilities

Guide new policyholders through the initial onboarding process, ensuring they fully understand their coverage options.

Review existing client portfolios to identify gaps in protection and provide proactive coverage recommendations.

Connect with prospective clients to explain the value of the Farmers brand and our agency’s commitment to service.

Maintain accurate client records within our agency management software to ensure seamless service delivery.

Collaborate with the agency owner to refine our sales processes and outreach strategies.

Foster a welcoming atmosphere in our office by greeting clients with a helpful and supportive attitude.

Requirements

Active Texas General Lines Property Casualty license.

Active Texas Life Health license.

Previous experience working in an insurance agency setting.

Strong command of agency management systems and Microsoft Office suite.

Clear and articulate communication style for building client rapport.

Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
