This role is being recruited by CoffeeSpace on behalf of an anonymous healthcare AI platform that is transforming home health services with its innovative solutions. About the role As the Founding Recruiter, you will be the first dedicated people person in the company, playing a crucial role in shaping the hiring strategy and processes. You will partner with the founders to build a scalable hiring engine, aiming to double the company’s headcount within the next year. What You’ll Do Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for technical, product, and go-to-market roles. Serve as the initial point of contact, screening candidates for skills and cultural fit. Collaborate with founders to define roles and establish scalable hiring processes. Champion the company brand, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Develop recruiting infrastructure, including the applicant tracking system (Ashby). Key Requirements 2-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an early-stage (Seed-Series B) tech startup. Proven track record in sourcing, engaging, and closing technical and GTM candidates. Strong ownership mentality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. Exceptional communication skills and a positive, high-energy personality. Must be a US-based individual contributor ready to handle hands-on, end-to-end recruiting.
