We are looking for a Trademark Paralegal with 5+ years of experience to join our tight-knit, Chambers-ranked Trademark & Brand Management group. You will be a key player on a collaborative team, supporting a growing practice with a diverse and exciting client base, including major names in entertainment and gaming. This is a crucial hire to help manage an expanding workload and contribute immediately to our success. What will you be doing? Conducting trademark searches and clearance using the USPTO database. Filing and prosecuting trademark applications, including responding to office actions. Managing a diverse portfolio of client dockets using the CPI system. Coordinating with foreign counsel on international trademark filings and management. Communicating directly with clients regarding their trademark matters. This is a senior paralegal role requiring 5+ years of trademark experience with direct USPTO work and client communication. You’ll manage portfolios across multiple industries and work closely with Chambers-ranked partners in a collaborative environment. Seniority 5+ years of experience as a trademark paralegal managing prosecution and portfolios. Work experience Experience as a dedicated trademark paralegal . Direct experience with USPTO search and filing processes. Experience from a law firm environment. Hard skills Proficiency with the USPTO trademark database . Strong written communication for client-facing correspondence. Experience with the CPI docketing system. Soft skills Collaborative and fits a close-knit, interactive team.
