Senior Manager Sales - International Beef

Job Details:Summary This role is responsible for driving international beef sales growth through direct customer engagement, management of international sales offices and oversight of product management and pricing. This role will lead the development and execution of sales strategies across global markets while building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. Responsibilities include managing customer accounts, maximizing product value through strategic pricing and product allocation, supporting international sales teams, and identifying new business opportunities to expand market share. This role will work cross-functionally with Production Planning, Pricing, Operations, Accounting, Quality Assurance, Export Documentation and Logistics to ensure customer needs are met and business objectives are achieved. This role requires strong communication skills to build trusted relationships with customers and internal Team Members, strong analytical and negotiation skills to maximize profitability, leadership skills to support international sales offices and the ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Requirements Education Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent industry experience Experience 7+ years of sales experience required5+ years of industry sales requiredFresh Meats sales preferred Prior leadership experience in a professional or community setting is a plus Computer Skills Standard computer proficiency Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Communication Skills Strong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to confidently present material both over the phone and in personSpecial Skills Knowledge of Tyson Fresh Meats systems, departments, product codes, plant capabilities, and product programs is desirable Proven experience communicating critical and influential information in a prior sales or equivalent role Travel 2 - 3+ International trips per year 6 - 8+ Domestic trips per year Relocation Assistance Eligible:YesWork Shift:1ST SHIFT (United States of America)Certain roles at Tyson require background checks.
