Job Type Permanent Full‑Time Salary $30.00 per hour Job Duties Examine and analyze accounting records and financial statements for multiple residential properties to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and procedures. Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, and cash flow reports for property owners and management. Maintain and monitor general ledger accounts and ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately. Analyze financial information and provide reports to management to support budgeting, forecasting, and decision‑making. Review property‑related financial records to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions. Evaluate financial procedures and internal controls and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Assist in preparing annual budgets and monitor financial performance against budgeted targets. Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, financial regulations, and company policies. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions. Provide financial analysis and reporting to support property managers and senior management in decision‑making.
