• Duration: Approximately 6 months
• Pay Rate: $24.00/hr.
• Lifting Requirement: Up to 35 lbs.

The Manufacturing Technician I will test, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair production machines and related subassemblies according to written and/or oral specifications.

Key hiring note: Troubleshooting experience is a major focus. Candidates from a variety of technical or hands-on backgrounds may be considered if they demonstrate strong troubleshooting ability.

Key Responsibilities

• Test, calibrate, and repair production machines and related subassemblies according to written and/or oral specifications.
• Complete work in a timely manner while meeting or exceeding quality and efficiency standards.
• Ensure the quality and proper operation of equipment and work performed.
• Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to ensure proper machine calibration.
• Perform timely and accurate testing and calibration of electronic subassemblies.
• Clearly and accurately document test and calibration results.
• Ensure design, implementation, testing, and maintenance methods/processes are developed and executed in accordance with Quality Standards.
• Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting skills are highly important.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints.
• Experience testing, calibrating, repairing, or maintaining equipment is preferred.
• Ability to accurately document test and calibration results.
• Strong attention to quality and detail.
• Ability to work efficiently while meeting established standards.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
