Proclinical is seeking a HR Generalist to support managers, employees, and HR teams in driving operational excellence across various HR initiatives. Primary Responsibilities: This role focuses on fostering a collaborative and engaging work environment while ensuring seamless execution of HR processes. You will play a key role in advising on organizational matters, supporting talent acquisition efforts, and contributing to company-wide HR solutions. Skills & Requirements: Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Experience in performance management, talent development, and employee engagement strategies. Excellent communication and advisory skills to support organizational change and employee relations. Proficiency in partnering with recruitment teams and managing onboarding processes. The HR Generalist's responsibilities will be: Partner with managers, employees and HR partners to drive operational excellence in HR initiatives, processes and practices across the teams this role supports; inform manager of themes across functions to partner together on proposed solutions. In collaboration with HR Business Partners, work together as part of a broader HR team that designs, develops and delivers high impact, company-wide solutions including performance management, talent management, career development, organizational design and employee engagement. Act as an advisor to employees and people managers as assigned regarding organizational issues and change management needs to promote a culture that engages and inspires employees. Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure resource needs are identified, defined and addressed then facilitates onboarding and accelerated integration; update and review job descriptions as new roles or backfills are activated.
