Act as a mentor to the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to help each individual refine their craft. Cultivate meaningful relationships with our clients by listening to their unique stories and providing solutions that offer true peace of mind. Analyze sales metrics and identify patterns to improve our outreach and client retention strategies. Requirements Active Property and Casualty insurance license for the state of Virginia. Demonstrable history of success in an insurance sales role. Deep understanding of insurance coverage, policy structures, and risk management. Exceptional ability to mentor team members and foster a collaborative environment. Proficiency in standard agency management systems and digital sales platforms. Previous experience in a leadership or managerial capacity within an insurance agency.
