An established, patient-focused dental practice is seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager to lead daily operations and support a high-performing team. The Office Manager will oversee administrative functions, streamline office procedures, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations while fostering a positive, family-like culture within the practice. Ability to build a collaborative, accountable team culture. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily administrative and operational functions of the practice. Streamline office systems and improve workflow efficiency. Lead, coach, and support team members to achieve performance goals. Ensure an exceptional patient experience from check-in to follow-up. Monitor office metrics, scheduling productivity, and financial performance. Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and practice standards. Foster a welcoming, positive, and team-driven environment. Qualifications: 5+ years of dental office management experience preferred. Proven ability to lead and develop teams. Strong communication and organizational skills.
