Project Manager - Infrastructure

Consultant Role

Consultant will provide specific IT data center/network operations and infrastructure management experience as well as overall IT program and project management capabilities and support services. Consultant will provide weekly status updates and will report to the Network Operations and Infrastructure Manager as well as to the PMO Manager for IT Infrastructure and Operations.

Roles and Responsibilities

Specifically, Consultant responsibilities shall include such items as:

Program and Project Management Support

Provide overall project management services and leadership including specific project components planning, coordination, and day-to-day oversight and direction, tracking, and overall issues/risk management.
Provide project management and support to multiple concurrent, inter-dependent projects such as:

Microwave Radio Network
Remote Site Technology
Digi Remote Manager
Enterprise Voice
Brocade SAN Switch
Telecom Site
Data Center Physical Server Refresh
NAS Storage
NSX-V
SCADA
Others as identified

Provide direct support to overall Network Operations and IT PMO Infrastructure Leads.
Represent Program Leadership as needed in key leadership meetings and project/team working sessions.
Collaborate with other IT PMO leads, business team leads, and overall PMO and IT Operations leadership.
