Responsibilities: Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a Long-Term Care (LTC) and Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting, promoting independence, mobility, and overall well-being Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing a variety of occupational therapy techniques and strategies Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication Utilize electronic medical records and billing systems, including Net Health and PCC Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records and documentation About the Role: As an Occupational Therapist at The Orchards at Wayne, you will join a team of dedicated professionals who share a passion for delivering exceptional care and improving the lives of our patients.
