Since 2005, we've specialized in manufacturing OEM-quality replacement components and performing critical repairs that help keep drilling rigs and oilfield equipment operating. We are looking for a skilled manual machinist who enjoys working on large parts, challenging repair work, and the variety that comes with a true job shop environment. This is a manual machining position-not CNC. What You'll Be Doing As a Manual Lathe Machinist, you will: Set up and operate manual engine lathes Machine OEM replacement parts for the oil and gas industry Perform precision repair work on large industrial components Read blueprints and machine parts to required specifications Measure finished parts using precision inspection tools Work safely around large workpieces and heavy equipment Maintain a clean and organized work area Support production schedules by working overtime when needed Equipment You'll Work With Manual engine lathes Large industrial machining equipment Precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, and gauges Material handling equipment for large workpieces Industries Served You'll help manufacture and repair components supporting customers in: Oil & Gas Industrial Equipment Heavy Repair What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience operating manual lathes Strong manual machining skills Ability to read mechanical drawings and work independently Physically capable of handling large parts and working around heavy equipment Willingness to work overtime as production demands require Commitment to quality workmanship and safe work practices Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a job shop environment Experience machining large industrial or oilfield components Oil & gas manufacturing or repair experience Why Machinists Like Working Here Competitive pay of $40-$50 per hour Air-conditioned machine shop Non-smoking shop Stable full-time position Diverse work with new projects and repairs Opportunity to work on large, interesting components Established company serving the oil and gas industry since 2005 Pay & Schedule Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour (based on experience) Schedule: Full-time Day shift Overtime available as required Apply Today If you're an experienced Manual Lathe Machinist looking for a stable opportunity where your manual machining skills will be valued, we'd like to hear from you.
