Ready to Own the Cut?

Picture this: You step onto a Plymouth, MN shop floor, load a program for a large-format part, and within minutes you’ve tightened offsets, balanced feeds and speeds, and nudged X/Y/Z to nail tolerance. If that sounds like your groove, read on.

What You’ll Do

Operate CNC milling centers cutting large parts for heavy manufacturing.
Edit and refine CNC programs—apply fixture and cutter comp, set tool length/wear offsets, and optimize spindle RPM/feed rates.
Adjust coordinates at the control to meet spec and finish targets.
Continuously improve cycles and results through code optimization.
Navigate HAAS controls with solid, intermediate-level fluency.

Do You Bring This Background?

2+ years running CNC milling centers on large workpieces in a heavy manufacturing environment, or a 2-year technical degree in machining.
Comfortable making real-time program edits and machine adjustments.
Intermediate experience on HAAS control platforms.

When You’ll Work

1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM

Compensation

$25–$30/hour based on experience.
