Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Staffing Coordinator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for facilitating client-specific processes and cultivating a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will possess 1 to 2 years of experience in the staffing industry or administrative experience with bilingual (English & Spanish) abilities. Kick-start your career today!

Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Excellent benefits package: medical, dental, and vision
• Daytime, Monday - Friday
• $19/hr. depending on experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Facilitates client specific processes or requests (i.e. orientations)
• An aptitude for foreseeing client’s needs to ensure prepared candidate pool
• Cultivate a positive working environment
• Correspond with payroll and management for reporting and submittals
• Track time and attendance of temporary employees using onsite timekeeping system
• Communicate to branch on staffing needs/volume
• Acts as the first level of conflict resolution for any onsite issue
• Ensures that both the client and Accurate are compliant with safety regulations

Requirements and Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience within staffing industry or administrative experience is preferred
• Bilingual abilities (English & Spanish) strongly preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organizational abilities and enjoy problem-solving
• Experience with Avionte BOLD is a plus
