Join a rapidly growing organization that values innovation, compassion, and excellence in senior care. We are currently seeking a PRN Resident Care Partner (CP) at our Dallas - Prestonwood community. In this role, you will be responsible for providing direct personal care and supervision to residents in accordance with their individualized Service Plan. The CP reports directly to our Resident Services Coordinator and Memory Care Director. Duties and Responsibilities PRN - Shifts Available: 10p-6a Assist residents with activities of daily living; Provide resident care Respond to resident calls Maintain close communication with all departments and staff members; Communicate with other departments regarding scheduled activities; Communicate changes in resident care to management Assist with resident outings and community events Help provide necessary assistance to ensure highest quality of resident life; Maintain confidentiality of residents’ and prospective residents’ information; Protect & honor resident rights Offer choices, maintain and promote dignity and individuality to enhance the resident’s satisfaction and quality of life Encourage residents to participate in activities Lead programming/activities as assigned Work with housekeepers and maintenance staff to maintain community cleanliness Work with Dining Services to ensure resident’s needs are met Follow safety policies and procedures, including proper lifting and transferring, infection control practices, fire safety and universal precautions Assist and serve residents at mealtime Support residents in daily household tasks ensuring their apartments are neat and safe at all times; Respond quickly to resident alerts Conduct wellness checks according to service plan and as needed, minimum every one hour; Follow schedules of duties for Care Partners Attend all required training, in‑service, and staff meetings Strive to maintain a safe working environment through prevention of accidents, preservation of equipment, and achievement of safe working practices Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, and co‑workers; Adhere to all policies and procedures of the community Perform other duties as assigned Required A High School Diploma or General Education Degree Certified CNA or CMA a plus At least one‑year experience working with seniors PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Stands and walks short distances; Frequent lifting of 20–30 pounds; Bends, squats, kneels, and reaches; Activity level is high Benefits Comprehensive Benefits: Health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and other perks to ensure employee well‑being and satisfaction Growth Opportunities: Numerous opportunities for professional development and career advancement; Commitment to helping employees achieve career goals and reach their full potential Diverse Opportunities: Variety of roles across multiple locations; Match skills and interests in healthcare, hospitality, administration, facilities, food & beverage, or management The Tradition Senior Living is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
