Mid-Level Training Analyst

Mid‑Level Training Analyst Company: The Boeing Company Location: St. Louis, MO Team: Boeing Defense Space & Security Apprenticeship Team, Production System Training organization. Responsibilities Order materials and supplies to support the apprenticeship program. Collect, organize, synthesize and analyze training data to develop training plans for the Boeing Production System. Coordinate training needs with stakeholders and partners. Prepare and update training forecasts, schedules, history, and completion reports. Execute ad‑hoc training queries. Collaborate with peers across teams and organizations to implement training plans in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. Maintain data integrity, perform risk assessments, and resolve discrepancies. Respond to inquiries and provide feedback. Participate in process improvement activities. Requirements 3+ years in a customer‑facing environment with direct involvement in gathering requirements. 3+ years of experience in data analytics. 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. 1+ year of experience using reporting tools. 1+ year of experience presenting technical information to executive leadership. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or higher. Experience working in a fast‑paced environment. Experience using My Learning or other learning management systems. Strong organizational, prioritization, and detail‑oriented skills to ensure accuracy. Other Information Relocation: none offered; candidates must live locally or relocate at their own expense.
