SAP APO/IBP Business Analyst

Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented SAP APO/IBP Business Analyst. What You Will Be Doing: You will work within a high-performance Supply Chain Planning & Manufacturing IT Team to support enterprise planning solutions. Your role involves acting as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to optimize supply chain performance and reduce operating costs through advanced SAP configurations. Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, design, configuration, testing, training, and deployment of SAP APO modules (DP, SNP, PP/DS) and SAP IBP capabilities (Demand, Supply, Inventory, S&OP, Control Tower). Work closely with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Analytical teams to understand business processes and planning requirements. Provide production support for global planning and manufacturing operations, including integrations with MES, ECC/S4, and external systems. Configure and maintain APO/IBP master data such as BOMs, resources, PDS/PPM, and location-product structures. Develop and maintain interfaces between APO/IBP and ECC/S4 using CIF, OData services, and integration middleware. Create Functional Design Specifications and detailed documentation for custom enhancements and BI/Analytics. Partner with cross-functional teams (FI/CO, MM, PP, QM, Basis, ABAP) to resolve technical and process issues. Research and apply SAP OSS Notes and best practices to ensure system reliability. Required Skills & Experience: Minimum of 8 years of hands‑on experience in SAP APO configuration (DP, SNP, PP/DS) or SAP IBP (Demand, Supply, Inventory, S&OP). Proven track record of at least 2 full lifecycle APO and/or IBP implementations. Expertise in functionalities such as statistical forecasting, SNP heuristics/optimization, and PP/DS detailed scheduling. Strong experience in configuring and maintaining ERP application modules related to Supply Chain and Finance. Ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues between SAP APO/IBP and ECC/S4 modules. Desired Skills & Experience: Experience with S4/HANA migrations or implementations. Familiarity with OData services and modern integration middleware. Strong background in Manufacturing IT and integration with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). Exceptional teamwork and communication skills to navigate a high-performance business network. Pay: $58.10 - $83.00 /hr.
