In-Home Sales Consultant at Kitchen Tune-Up

About the Role

Join Kitchen Tune-Up Greater Salt Lake as an In Home Sales Closer, where you'll have the exciting opportunity to connect with homeowners and transform their kitchens. If youre passionate about sales and creating beautiful spaces, this role is perfect for you!

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs and preferences from warm leads and pre-set appointments

• Present tailored cabinet update and kitchen remodeling solutions and product offerings

• Build rapport with clients to establish trust and encourage sales

• Close high-ticket kitchen projects ranging from $6,000 - $80,000 utilizing effective closing techniques to meet and exceed sales targets

• Follow up with leads and maintain a robust sales pipeline

• Own and grow your territory by growing leads and opportunities

• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

• Collaborate with the design team to ensure client satisfaction

• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably high-ticket ($20K+) in home improvement or remodeling

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to build relationships and close deals effectively

• Proven ability to maintain approximately a 50% close rate on qualified appointments

• Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude

• Availability to work when clients can meet, including evenings and Saturdays if needed
